1. Protection of your personal data
The Company’s site is hosted on WP Engine and uses plugins for certain features such as booking. All credit card transactions are processed through (Name 3rd party Payment processor). The Company provides what we believe to be reasonable physical, electronic, administrative and procedural safeguards in an effort to preserve the security, integrity, and confidentiality of all personal information collected. These protections include among other things, building security, controlled access to customer files, and technological safeguards such as use of passwords, firewalls, virus prevention, and detection software.
2. Data collection
We collect data about visits to our pages. Your visit to our website will be logged. The main details recorded are the IP address, date and time currently used by your PC, the browser type and operating system used on your PC, as well as the pages viewed by you. It is not normally intended or possible for data to be related to any specific person.
We do not collect personal information unless you submit that information to us. Categories of personal information we may collect include:
– Identity Data, which includes name or other similar identifiers.
– Contact Data, which includes address, email address and telephone numbers.

3. Data usage and data transfer
The personal data we collect about you to assist us in providing you with quality products and services, and satisfying legal and regulatory requirements. You may provide information to us in various ways, such as when you request information about us, our products, and services, inquire about job postings, submit applications, forms, and surveys, or send us questions, comments, or feedback. Personal information we collect may include, for example, your name, address, age, phone number, social security number, employment information, and financial information.
When processing payments, we pass on your payment information to the bank responsible for the payment. We assure you that we do not pass your personal data on to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so or you have given us prior consent.
Subject to the section entitled “Additional EU disclosures and California privacy”, we use information held about you to perform our services and for other purposes outlined below.
Specifically, we use your information for these purposes:
– Where we need to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you.

We require all third parties to whom we transfer your data to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We only allow such third parties to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
4. Consent and revocation
If you have provided us with personal data, you can ask us to delete this data at any time. We will delete your personal data, unless legal storage periods prevent us from doing so. If you have consented to the processing of your personal data for specific purposes, (e.g. for a newsletter, etc.), you can revoke this consent at any time with future effect. We will then stop using your personal information.
Personal data that has been provided to us through our website will only be stored until the the purpose for which it was entrusted to us is fulfilled. As far as commercial and tax retention periods, which must be observed, the storage period for certain data may be up to 10 years.

5. Customer account data
Data Security
The Company’s site is hosted on WP Engine and uses plugins for certain features such as social media plugins. All credit card transactions are processed through PayPal. The Company provides what we believe to be reasonable physical, electronic, administrative and procedural safeguards in an effort to preserve the security, integrity, and confidentiality of all personal information collected. These protections include among other things, building security, controlled access to customer files, and technological safeguards such as use of passwords, firewalls, virus prevention, and detection software.
Data Retention
We will only retain your personal account data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When deciding what the correct time is to keep the data for we look at its amount, nature and sensitivity, potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, the processing purposes, if these can be achieved by other means and legal requirements. For tax purposes the law requires us to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they stop being customers. In some circumstances we may anonymize your personal data for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
Sensitive Data
We do not collect any Sensitive Data about you. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data. We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offenses. Where we are required to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of the contract between us and you do not provide us with that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract (for example, to deliver goods or services to you). If you don’t provide us with the requested data, we may have to cancel a product or service you have ordered but if we do, we will notify you at the time.
We will only use your personal account data for a purpose it was collected for or a reasonably compatible purpose if necessary. For more information on this please email us at [email protected]. In case we need to use your details for an unrelated new purpose we will let you know and explain the legal grounds for processing.
We may process your personal account data without your knowledge or consent where this is required or permitted by law. We do not carry out automated decision making or any type of automated profiling.
6. Use of Cookies
When you visit our site or interact with us through your device we may collect “User Activity Information” through cookies, web beacons and other similar or related technologies (collectively, “cookies”). Cookies are small text files saved on your device via your browser as you visit our site. Web beacons (also known as pixels or tags) are a common form of web technology used on our site to monitor visits to certain pages within, interactions with, and the effectiveness of, our sites and our marketing efforts.
User Activity Information we collect through cookies includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, device characteristics (such as connection type, operating system, browser type, screen resolution), location information, user ID, and your interactions with our site and ads, such as which web pages you visit, your keyword searches, and the products or product categories viewed. We provide all customers and other website visitors with the option of turning off the tracking cookies used on our website by visiting the homepage and clicking on the “Cookie Settings” link. Our website also recognizes Global Privacy Control signals. You can also delete or disable cookies through your web browser’s settings, as discussed in Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. You may opt out of the use of Google

We do not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals and handle all user information as permitted by law consistent with our Terms of Use and this Online Privacy Policy.
7. Use of Automated Technologies and Interactions
As you interact with our website, we may automatically collect Technical Data and Usage Data about you. Some of the ways in which we or our website may collect are described below:
This website uses Web Analytics, Google Analytics and Google Remarketing services provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). All clients who have an SEO maintenance program with our company have agreed that their Google Analytics (GA) information can be imported into SE Ranking.
Google Analytics and Google Remarketing use “Cookies” – text files which are stored on your computer and allow us to analyze your use of our website. The information generates cookies about your use of this website (including your IP address), which will be transmitted to Google and stored on servers in the United States. Google will use the information to evaluate your use of our website, to compile reports about website activity for website operators, and to provide other services related to website activity and Internet usage.
Google will also transfer this information to third parties if required by law, or if third parties process this data on Google’s behalf. Google will never associate your IP address with other Google data. You can prevent the installation of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of our website. By using our website, you agree to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes described above.

Please note that this website uses Google Analytics with the extension “_anonymizeIp()”. As a result, IP addresses are stored exclusively in anonymous form, which rules out direct personal reference in connection with the stored data.
Using Google Remarketing allows third parties, including Google, to serve ads to sites on the Internet. Third parties, including Google, use stored cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to our site. In addition, we use Google Analytics to analyze data from Google
Ads and the DoubleClick-Cookie for statistical purposes and to display relevant targeted ads for you.

We may also use Interest-Based Advertising. Cookies, as described above, may be used in this process. For example, if you are searching for information on a particular product, our vendor may cause an advertisement to appear on other websites you view with information on that product. This form of advertising is called “behavioral advertising”. We believe that such advertising is helpful because you will see ads that are relevant to your interests. Where applicable, the following data will be transmitted:

– Your user ID, if you are registered and logged in to Facebook
– Date and time of your visit
– Browser version and operating system you are using, and screen resolution
– Visitor origins (Referrer), if you followed a link
– Installed plugins like Flash or Adobe Reader
– URL of our page on which the plugin is integrated.

ii) Google My Business
We use the Google My Business integration, developed by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”), on our website.
When you visit a page containing the Google My Business plugin, information may be transmitted to Google about the pages you have visited. If you are logged into your Google account at the time, Google may associate this information with your Google account. This transmission can occur without any direct interaction with the plugin and can only be avoided by logging out of your Google account before visiting the respective pages.
If you interact with the Google My Business plugin (for example, by submitting a review or engaging with a listing), this information will also be transmitted to and stored by Google. You can prevent this data transfer by logging out of your Google account before performing such
interactions.

9. Marketing communications and opt out
Our lawful ground of processing your personal data to send you marketing communications is either your consent or our legitimate interests (namely to grow our business). Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, we may send you marketing communications from us if (i) you made a purchase or asked for information from us about our goods or services or (ii) you agreed to receive marketing communications (including newsletters) and in each case you have not opted out of receiving such communications since.
Under these regulations, if you are a limited company, we may send you marketing emails without your consent. However, you can still opt out of receiving marketing emails from us at any time.
